Our panel of elite performance experts will uncover mental strategies for coping and excelling in high-pressure situations. The long-standing notion of SISU in Finnish culture will serve as a context to the Finnish cultural phenomenon of unique perseverance—and how SISU has shaped Finnish cultural expectations.

The discussion will focus on mental well-being and identifying your need for rest. How to deal with life changes and what are your own ways to take care of your mental health.
