Teleport yourself to summer in Finland and the midnight sun, where the town people have dressed up in their best dresses and suits, and come together to dance… and in our case, dance to music that combines old school Finnish evergreens with modern hits, sometimes playing with languages and combining worldwide hit songs with Finnish twists. We will always keep the audience on their toes with an element of surprise! This can include a traditional song that all of a sudden includes a rap, or playing in a completely different style such as reggae or even bossanova! Watch, or join the crowd as they break into an enthusiastic line dance when we surprise them with country classics like “Achy Breaky Heart,” (our greatest crowd pleaser to date), or two step Finnish style as we slow it down for our rendition of Lady Gaga’s “Shallow” or Dolly Parton’s “Jolene” that highlight Maria’s soaring vocals. All renditions also come with a Finnish twist! Our all ages shows are meant to involve the audience and bring them to the floor for some good clean fun.

Hauliwood Vampires is the “house band” of Hauli Huvila, the legendary Finnish camp site in Central California, nestled along the King’s River. Each member is a professional artist who have come together to make music and have a great time celebrating common heritage.
