Puhutaan suomea yhdessä! In this Intermediate Finnish seminar, we will learn new vocabulary and constructions for how to express our opinions. We will discuss Finnish stereotypes, music, food and more! To join this class, students should have basic sentence making skills and an understanding of the basic principles of Finnish. A variety of skill levels welcome, from those just stepping from beginner to those who feel more comfortable in conversation.

Presenter Bio: Lily Obeda is the Finnish language coordinator and instructor at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She is an experienced teacher and language user, and loves to share the joy of speaking Finnish with others.
